It takes much less effort than you think. This involves speaking separately with one interviewer at a time, and up to 45 interviewers in total.  All interviewers will try to minimise the stress of the interview. They will be keen to know your thoughts and feelings about physiotherapy and how well you communicate.  Make sure you know exactly where the interview is to be held and arrive 1015 minutes before. Leave time for anything unexpected that may delay you. 6 Department of Physiotherapy, School of Primary Health Care Prepare: Know about Physiotherapy and Monash  Think about why you want to study physiotherapy  Have you seen physiotherapy or other health care providers in practice  The Physiotherapy Department is part of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. What would you expect from a professional looking after your health  Questions and scenarios explore areas such as: – Motivation to be a health care provider – Personal qualities suited to a health care role – Appropriate communication skills 8 Department of Physiotherapy, School of Primary Health Care Presentation and performance  Schedule time to prepare before your interview. This is not assessed as part of your interview, however it looks best if you prepare to present yourself in a smart and comfortable way.  Turn off your mobile (and don’t talk/text on your phone while you are waiting to start your interviews)  Greet the interviewers as you begin each interview station. Use their names if their names are mentioned.
